Nose piece broke off my Titanium glasses. No one could get them repaired locally. I contacted All American and they quickly laser welded my glasses and the look and work great. Glad to have found this service after being told by my eye care provider my glasses couldn’t be repaired. Great service all around. Easy to send photos for repair assessment. Response was quick with details of how repair would need to be made and the cost. I was then given the link to fill in the repair request form and mailing information. I was contacted when they received my glasses to go over the repair and sent the link to make the online payment for service plus return postage. They made the repair the same day and shipped them, sending me my tracking information. The repair was perfect. Very professional company with clear communication.

Hands down the best service I have received in a long time. Fast, friendly and efficient.
I sent an email and received a response in 10 mins on which location to send my glasses to and their procedure. (Even though they have a video of their procedure on their website). I ran to the Post Office, same day. 11/1 and 11/3 they received them, fixed them and had my glasses back in the mail the same day. Just received them yesterday 11/6.
Amazing!!!
